TAI will perform an audit to evaluate your reinsurance processing. This entails analyzing current reinsurance procedures, adherence to negotiated treaty provisions and making recommendations for improvements. All aspects of reinsurance will be reviewed, beginning with the results of the underwriting decisions through financial reporting and ending with claims administration. Preliminary results are discussed with management after the conclusion of the onsite visit. A final report with findings and recommendations is published within one month after completion of the audit. Unlike most companies who perform reinsurance audits, TAI does not take a commission on any premiums that are recovered or owed as a result of our findings.
