If you use Chrome as your browser of choice for the TAI .NET application, you may have experienced compatibility issues. Chrome normally updates itself, but if you are still having problems, please visit Chrome's update page for instructions on manually updating.
Which version of Chrome was having compatibility issues with TAI. NET?
Starting with Chrome version 62.0.3202.75, the third-party grid tool used throughout the TAI .NET system broke compatibility.
What was the compatibility issue?
When you entered the page containing a grid, such as Billing History or Cycle Setup, the data did not display.
Was there a workaround to deal with this compatibility issue?
Outside of switching to Internet Explorer (or Microsoft Edge), the only known workaround was to use the browser’s zoom function to re-render the page.
