Dana is the Executive Director, Strategy & Communication at TAI. Her role involves developing innovative training programs for internal and external associates, with a focus on reinsurance and TAI system capabilities. Dana's team works closely with all TAI associates to ensure they are subject-matter experts in reinsurance and the TAI system. She has been with TAI since 2017. Dana and her husband are proud owners of four Labrador retrievers and recently added a German Shorthaired Pointer to their family. They enjoy daily adventures on their farmland.
