Happy New Year! I hope you had the chance to relax and unwind over the holidays with family, friends and loved ones. For me, it was also a time to reflect on the past year before ringing in a new one. Over the course of 2016, TAI had many accomplishments to celebrate. We launched Insights & Connector, hosted another successful User Group and saw an increase in client participation in our TAP Program. Our clients play a large role in driving our strategic activity which is why I think it is important to share our milestones with you. Before jumping into the exciting year ahead, I put together a quick year in review for 2016.
